My Approach

I specialize in helping high-functioning anxious moms and people-pleasing eldest daughters manage their feelings of anxiety through evidence-based therapy and nutrition/lifestyle changes, teaching practical tools you can use in real life, not just in session. ​

Together, we look at the whole picture of what’s impacting your mental health, your thoughts, emotions, hormones, sleep, nutrition, nervous system, and daily rhythms. Because your mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and neither do you.

My goal is simple:
to help you feel like yourself again, calmer, clearer, and more confident, so you can actually enjoy the season of motherhood you’re in, instead of just surviving it.

I believe that therapy should feel authentic, meaning that I show up as myself in hopes that you do the same. I will hype you up and cheer on in the good times, while sitting with you and supporting you through the hard times too. 

I know how therapy can be through my own personal experiences in therapy and make an effort to collaborate with you while toning down the "and how does that make you feel" talk. In the end, you want someone who gets you, I get it.
