Moms are the base of the family pyramid
If she is crumbling, so will everyone else...
Anxiety in motherhood doesn’t just affect thoughts and emotions. It impacts sleep, patience, relationships, and the nervous systems of everyone in the home. Supporting a mom’s mental health through therapy isn’t selfish; it’s preventative care for the whole family. When moms receive anxiety support, the family becomes more regulated, connected, and resilient.

As a therapist, I welcome you to come to your sessions and lay all your stressors out authentically. We will work together to create a strong care plan, so I can support you through your motherhood journey and help you learn to show up for yourself so you can keep showing up for those who matter most in your family.
Here's where I come in:
As a licensed psychologist and certified mental health & nutrition clinical specialist, I help anxious moms feel calmer and more in control by combining evidence-based therapy with lifestyle and nutrition support. Anxiety is influenced by more than thoughts alone, so we work together to regulate the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and support mental health through realistic changes in sleep, daily habits, and diet — helping moms feel better from the inside out.

My Background
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important determining factor for therapeutic success.

I see mothers as the emotional foundation of the family. When they’re supported and well, the entire family thrives.

It is so important that you feel like you know me and small parts of my life in order for you to feel comfortable telling me about you!

I can relate to many of the issues that I work with today, which makes me so passionate about what I do. Being a mom of three, I have personally experienced many of the issues I help moms with today. Every birth is different. Our pregnancies and births shape our journeys as mothers and I can attest to that!

I have personally worked in many therapeutic settings that includes non-profits, in-patient care, group practice, and now my own creation, Village Psychology!
My Credentials
I received my Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and completed over 4,000 direct client hours prior to becoming a fully licensed psychologist.

I am trained in humanistic psychology, evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), have advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, and am a certified mental health and nutrition clinical specialist.

I utilize an integrative approach, which means I create a personalized plan for each client to best meet your therapeutic needs, This can be a combination of therapeutic techniques as well as a combination of nutrition and lifestyle changes that are used to optimize your mental health and make you the best version of yourself!
What to expect
I provide therapy for anxious, high-functioning moms who feel overwhelmed, burned out, and stuck in cycles of overthinking and people-pleasing. My work is collaborative and tailored to the mental load of motherhood, helping you regulate anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and feel more calm and present in daily life.

I use evidence-based anxiety therapies (including CBT, DBT, and ACT) alongside practical skills for emotion regulation, boundaries, and stress management, so you’re not just talking about anxiety, you’re learning how to change it.

In addition to traditional therapy, I offer an integrative approach that includes lifestyle and nutrition support. Sleep, stress, routines, and nervous system regulation all impact anxiety, and when appropriate, we focus on sustainable changes that support your mental health long-term.

Above all, therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it together or prove that things are “bad enough.” You deserve support. Together, we focus on real, lasting change that helps you feel more grounded, confident, and supported, in your life and in motherhood.
