At least 1 in 5 moms struggle with a perinatal/postpartum mood disorder

Birth & Beyond is a collaborative perinatal support program designed for expecting mothers who want to feel prepared, informed, and supported, before birth and into the postpartum period.
Postpartum mental health begins during pregnancy. This program was created to help mothers prepare emotionally, mentally, and physically for birth and the transition into postpartum, reducing the risk of overwhelm, anxiety, and mood disorders before they begin.
